Important question! There are many things that go into this. Which may include:
From the admin side:
Are availabilities lining up or does it seem like scheduling will be difficult?
Does your budget allow for the required rate?
From the vibe check:
Do you feel heard and understood?
Do you resonate with how the work together would be approached?
How do you feel your questions are being responded to?
There’s more to this for sure. Though time and trial is also informative. Part of building trusting relationship is to show up and communicate what we notice and need to build that good supportive match.
If there’s anything in particular for you to experience in a session, please share that.
