-Developing strategies to thrive living with ADHD, AuDHD or chronic mental health or substance use issues.
Service Dynamics:
Sessions can vary from weekly, bi-weekly to monthly
-Single sessions; 55 or 85-minute.
-Short-term; 1-8 sessions consecutively.
